Hunters Property PLC is a listed estate agency presenting their Interim Results

We have a network with 42 million income, producing a profit of £2.76 million. Hunters floated in 2015 and has doubled network size and increased profits by 150% in the last 5 years with supportive shareholders .

Technology has accelerated everything by 3 to 5 years, especially in the industry and customer expectations. This has lead to a new CRM and Tech platform being launched in the end of the year.

In a very difficult year, despite the progressive dividend policy, Hunters Property passed on the dividend for very obvious and reasonable reasons. What about the next year or two?

Hunters Property thinks that its business is now more about customer service than anything else. Branches are now working more from the office than from the staff's home. Why would customers not want to come to one of our branches?
